1. Services Provided
In Moms We Trust LLC offers educational and informational maternity support services. We are not licensed medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All services are virtual unless otherwise specified.
2. Booking & Payment
Full payment is due at the time of booking via our secure payment processor. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received. Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect already-booked services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens. You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once rendered. Refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Confidentiality
All client information shared in sessions is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you agree that In Moms We Trust LLC and its team are not liable for any outcomes related to your pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experience. All decisions are your own and should be made in consultation with your healthcare provider.
